WHO ARE WE?
AWS Women User Group, Abuja (AWSWG Abuja) is a vibrant, community-led network of women passionate about learning, building, and innovating with Amazon Web Services. Based in Nigeria's capital city, our group fosters collaboration and empowerment through hands-on sessions, workshops, and discussions around AWS technologies — from cloud computing, AI/ML, and DevOps to data engineering, serverless architectures, and beyond. We are driven by the mission to create an inclusive space where women in tech can connect, grow, and lead in the world of cloud innovation.
Community-based learning is the best way to enhance the concepts being taught by connecting with enthusiasts in person, thereby sharing first-hand experiences and familiar, accessible examples.
